Product Description

The XCS single-axis converters in the ctrlX DRIVE series generate a DC bus voltage from the supply voltage and convert it into a controlled AC output voltage of variable amplitude and frequency for operating a servo motor. The DC bus voltage generated in the unit may be used for supplying additional XMS single-axis and XMD double-axis inverters. Via the standard runtime, which enables the realization of most drive tasks, additional optional function packages for demanding applications are available. By means of various ordering options, it is possible to expand the hardware with ctrlX SAFETY for safety-related applications up to SIL3 and with the drive-integrated ctrlX CORE for nearly all automation applications.
